Hello, could you help confirm which type of channels are you referring to? Community or conversation? So we can confirm with the team regarding the photo.
Also, may I confirm which dashboard you’re referring to? Is it the one on the portal? If you could share a screenshot with us, that would help us better understand.
The portal dashboard
Currently, the portal dashboard’s user section doesn’t display user photos. You can only view their profile pictures in the posts section under social analytics.
